Mental Health

This is a difficult situation. We need to look after ourselves, and appreciate the stresses we, and family/friends, are under. Please pray for those you know and don't know. And take advantage of those things that are out there to help, both secular (especially mental health advice) and that offered by Christian organisations. Here are a few good contact points
