Farewell from Greg Hoyland

30 January 2018

Dear All,

You might have noticed that I have not been around for some time (then again, you might not!). I have had rather a difficult six months health-wise, both personally and in my family, and one consequence of this is that it curtailed my driving for quite some time. I have therefore been attending church nearer home. Things are improving gradually but I have decided that it makes sense to continue as a member of my local church where I can more easily be fully involved. I’ve talked this through with Nick and so am writing this ‘farewell’ letter to you all. I want to thank you for the time I spent at Dunnington. You made me feel very welcome and I loved the atmosphere, worship and people I met. I am sorry to leave but I think it’s the right thing to do. I hope to visit sometime soon to see you all again. Carry on the good work!

God bless you all,

Greg
